We want skogra.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we are working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted standard for making web content accessible.

Steps we take on this site:

Descriptive alternative text on product and content images
Text and background color combinations chosen for readable contrast
Navigation, forms, and checkout that work with a keyboard alone
Headings structured in a logical order so screen readers can move through a page
Text that reflows and stays readable when zoomed or viewed on a small screen
Form fields with associated labels

Where we fall short

We would rather be straightforward about this than claim full compliance.

This site is built on the Shopify platform and uses third-party apps and embedded content that we do not fully control. Some of those components may not meet Level AA, and some older content may have gaps we have not caught yet. Accessibility is something we are improving as we go, not something we consider finished.

If you run into a barrier on this site, we want to hear about it — a specific report is far more useful to us than a general audit.

What you were trying to do
The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if you know

We respond within 24 hours on business days and will work with you to get you the information or complete the purchase another way, including over email, while we fix the underlying issue.
