Shipping policy

At Skogra™, we want your trail-ready gear to reach you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days. This means your total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from the day you place your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skogra™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@skogra.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. While we'll always help you track down a shipment, Skogra™ is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
