Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Every order includes tracking.

Delivery times are estimates in business days after your order ships, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays, customs inspection, and peak seasons can extend them.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Order tracking

Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page, using the tracking number from your shipping email. Please allow 2–4 days after shipment for the first tracking scan to appear.

Split shipments

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Customs & import duties (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by Canadian customs. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the prices shown at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@skogra.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 or more business days, contact us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and, once it is confirmed lost, reship your order or refund it in full.

Parcels marked "delivered" by the carrier but not found are the customer's responsibility to trace with the carrier first; we will help wherever we can.
