Q: What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?
A: Manufacturing defects in the harness vest — buckles, D-rings, metal hardware, seams, and the top handle — for the usable life of the product. Register your harness within 30 days of delivery to activate it, then email support@skogra.com with a photo if anything fails. Approved claims ship a replacement for a $9.95 handling & shipping fee, with nothing to send back. Leash and collar are covered for 12 months. Chew damage, cosmetic wear, and misuse aren't covered — that's the dog's work, not ours.

Frequently asked questions

Will this stop my dog from pulling?

The front leash point redirects a pulling dog sideways instead of letting them drive forward, which most handlers find takes the edge off immediately. It's a management tool, not a substitute for training.
Is it escape-proof?

Five adjustment points and a chest strap make it far harder to back out of than a Y-harness, provided it's fitted correctly — two fingers under any strap, no more.
Can my dog wear it all day?

Yes for working and hiking days. As with any harness, take it off for unsupervised rest and check for rubbing on the first few long outings.
How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry — heat degrades the webbing and the hook-and-loop panels.
My dog is between sizes. What do I do?

Size up. Every strap adjusts down, and exchanges are free within 30 days if it's still not right.
Does it fit a puppy?

Measure for today's size, not the expected adult size. A loose harness is an escape risk, so buy again when they've grown rather than buying big now.
