Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days.

Yes — we currently ship within the United States only.
3. How do I choose the right harness size?
Measure your dog's chest girth (behind the front legs) and neck, then compare with our Size Guide. Weight is a secondary reference, and we don't recommend choosing by breed alone. If your dog is between sizes, go by the chest measurement.
4. Can I return the harness if it does not fit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, clean, and free from pet hair, odor, dirt, or bite marks, and in its original packaging. For sizing, we prioritize exchanges. Customers cover return shipping for size-related returns and exchanges.
5. Is the harness escape-proof?
No harness is completely escape-proof. Proper fit, adjustment, and supervision are always required for safe use.
6. Can I use the handle to lift my dog?
No. The top handle is meant for close control and guidance only. Please do not use it to lift, carry, drag, or suspend your dog.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@skogra.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us at support@skogra.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is processed.
10. Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, if the item meets our condition requirements. Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another solution.
