Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and clean
- Free from pet hair, odor, dirt, mud, stains, or bite marks
- In its original packaging
Size Exchanges
Exchanging for the correct size depends on the item's condition and product availability. When requesting a size exchange, please provide your dog's measurements (chest and neck). Do not choose a size based on breed alone — measurements are always the most reliable guide.
Shipping Costs
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
If Your Size or Color Isn't Available
If the size or color you'd like is out of stock, we may offer store credit or another solution to make sure you're taken care of.
