Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, clean, and unwashed
- Free from pet hair, odor, dirt, mud, stains, or bite marks
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
Because our gear is made for the outdoors, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used outside, or that show signs of wear. Specifically, we cannot accept returns on products that:
- Have been used on walks, hikes, or any outdoor activity
- Have been chewed, bitten, scratched, or damaged by a dog
- Carry odor, pet hair, mud, dirt, or stains
Sizing Issues
Every dog is different, so please measure your dog before ordering (see our Size Guide). If the size isn't right and the item meets the condition requirements above, we'll prioritize an exchange. For size-related returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email support@skogra.com with your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and send you the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
